Tony Dias runs his own martial arts school - United Martial Arts College. As Chief Instructor he teaches freestyle kickboxing to both children and adults as well as working for numerous schools delivering martial arts lessons to pupils with challenging behaviour. He also runs a number of after school clubs at primary and secondary level. He is currently in the process of setting up a new business, Pro Gum Shields, supplying professional, personalised and custom-made gum shields for all contact sports.

Tony represented Great Britain in 2001, 2006 and 2007 in the Kickboxing World Championships and in 2009 became the WKC World Champion. He is also three times British Champion (2001, 2006 and 2007). Whilst studying for his degree in Sports Studies and Physical Education, he received an adult learning award for the Yorkshire region.

Tony is married with three children and enjoys spending time with his family when he's not working.
